Press release

Noblq appoints Eric S. Peters as Chief Revenue Officer to accelerate growth.

25-year revenue leadership veteran will drive Noblq's go-to-market strategy as the company expands its position as a leading AI-first business transformation partner.

Noblq announced today that Eric S. Peters has joined the company as Chief Revenue Officer. Peters leads revenue strategy, business development, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives, with a mandate to accelerate growth as Noblq expands its position as a leading AI-first business transformation partner.

Over just the past two years, Noblq has shifted its business model away from its roots as an enterprise platform implementer. Rather than being product led, Noblq's focus today is to partner with current and new customers to identify their underlying business challenges and opportunities, then bring the right technology solution, independent of any single platform or vendor. A series of specialist acquisitions added data management and governance, AI, and custom development capabilities. That work now reaches past platform migration: Noblq guides clients through the rest of their transformation on their own timeline and budget.

Peters will carry that shift to market. He will work directly with Noblq's leadership team and clients to strengthen enterprise relationships and sharpen the go-to-market approach, positioning Noblq as a partner that solves the business problem first, then applies AI, data, cloud, and modern software engineering to deliver measurable value.

"We are excited to have someone with Eric's energy and character leading our engagement team and joining the Noblq family. We want to show our customers our capabilities and expertise, and we believe Eric and his team are the right team to position us across the US and the globe."

Peters brings 25 years of executive leadership across the technology, consulting, and professional services sectors, with a focus on revenue growth, commercial strategy, and organizational transformation. He has built sales organizations, expanded enterprise client relationships, and delivered growth for public and private companies alike.

Prior to joining Noblq, Peters served as President of BGSF Professional Services, where he led global commercial strategy for a $200 million business operating across North America, Latin America, and India. During his tenure, he directed enterprise sales initiatives, launched new service offerings, and led the acquisition and integration of eight companies. Earlier in his career, Peters held executive leadership positions at Faststream Recruitment Group, Weatherby Healthcare, and Robert Half International/Protiviti.
