Noblq
Tax and accounting aren't a vertical for us. They're the whole business.
Twenty-five years building the platforms the biggest names in tax actually run on, with the domain fluency to turn a compliance rule into working software, not a generic ERP with a tax label bolted on.
Where we come from
Tax and financial services isn't a sector we added. It's where Noblq started, and where our deepest expertise lives. Two of the Big Four run their tax practices on platforms we built, partnerships now in their 25th year. Four of the top ten US tax firms run on our systems, one migrating its entire tax operation to us and three more in active conversation.
25+ years, 130+ solutions delivered, billions of records processed: Subchapter K and 704(c) allocations, K-1s, RIC/REIT Subchapter M compliance, real-time scenario modeling, cross-border planning and transfer pricing, and hedge-fund securities analysis.
The pressure to modernize is only rising: 79% of tax departments have automated half or less of their work, and two-thirds describe their approach to technology as reactive or chaotic (Thomson Reuters Institute, 2024). We have spent 25 years being the deliberate alternative to that.

What we do
- 01
Tax platform engineering and delivery.
Ground-up development of scalable, secure, audit-ready tax platforms, with the Calc Engine handling complex tax and financial logic at national scale.
- 02
Workflow mapping and re-engineering.
End-to-end tax preparation and review flows optimized so reviewers and preparers work with the system, not around it.
- 03
Requirements translation.
SME and compliance needs converted into structured technical specifications that trace all the way to tests.
- 04
Rapid prototyping and validation.
Logic, allocations, and reporting validated with your SMEs before full-scale delivery.
- 05
Design thinking and UX.
Complex tax workflows simplified into an experience your people actually want to use.

Global Mobility Platform
A tax practice managed mobility compliance for two multinational workforces from spreadsheets. An end-to-end platform scores risk before travel happens, lifting billable revenue 20%, an estimated $6M a year.

Partnership Tax Review
A Top-10 US accounting firm rebuilt partnership tax review around an agentic AI engine. Partners now approve only what changed, and the firm saves an estimated $4.8M a year.

Regulatory Data Validation
A tax and financial data processing firm screens billions of records against 2,000+ regulatory sub-processes. An AI validation layer catches errors up front, saving an estimated $3M a year.
Bring us the tax process no off-the-shelf tool can handle.
A review cycle that fights your people, an allocation that takes too long, a platform you've outgrown. In a focused discovery, we'll show you where the value is and what it takes to get there.
