Data silos across route, territory and schedule optimization, and across Photo-AI, created inefficiencies in real-time reporting and blocked AI initiatives. Field reps lacked timely, actionable in-store insight. For a platform whose value depends on getting the right action to the store in the moment, that was a real constraint. For a retail execution platform, timeliness is the product. Every delay between a signal appearing and a field rep acting on it was value the platform promised its customers but could not yet deliver. Blocked AI initiatives compounded it: the platform could not build what it could not feed with governed, timely data.
What We Did
We started with the foundation, replacing siloed, batch pipelines with a cloud-based real-time data warehouse modeled on Data Vault 2.0. Route, territory and schedule-optimization data landed in one place, which is what made timely, actionable in-store insight possible for field reps. We then unified that data into insight field reps can act on in the store, and reduced the manual effort in Photo-AI image validation. The same work laid a governed foundation the platform can build future AI on.
The Solution
A cloud-based real-time data warehouse modeled on Data Vault 2.0 now carries route, territory and schedule-optimization data. Field reps get timely, actionable in-store insight, Photo-AI validation takes less manual effort, and the foundation is governed and ready for AI.

The platform banks $100K a year in overstock savings. A 50% field-rep efficiency gain and faster Photo-AI validation sit on top of that, not inside the saving. The real-time foundation is what makes the platform's core promise deliverable: the right action in the store, in the moment.
