Lead Capture Rose 25% While Operational Costs Fell 10%

A shared services automation provider tracked customers, leads, and multi-currency revenue inconsistently across teams. We built one connected view: multi-currency revenue tracking, structured activity and web lead capture, and operational cost reporting. Lead capture efficiency is up 25% and operational costs are down 10%.

The Challenge

Existing customers and revenue were tracked inconsistently, especially across multiple currencies. Team activities and leads had no clear system behind them. There was no single, comprehensive way to manage or reduce operational costs, so the numbers that mattered most sat in different places and rarely agreed with each other. A company built on helping others cut operational costs needed to prove the model internally first. Fragmented tracking of customers, leads, and multi-currency revenue was working against its own value proposition. It is hard to sell efficiency to a client while running the same problem inside your own business.

What We Did

We built multi-currency revenue tracking first, so customer revenue is recorded accurately across currencies in one system rather than reconciled currency by currency. That gave the business a single, trustworthy revenue number to work from before anything else was layered on top. We then structured team activity tracking and web-based lead capture so follow-up stays consistent, and built operational cost reporting on top. That reporting gives a single view of customer data with the detail needed to manage costs.

The Solution

One record now tracks each customer and their revenue across every currency. Activity and web lead capture run to one process, and detailed reporting shows where operational costs sit and where they can come down.

The Outcome

Customer tracking accuracy improved 30% and revenue tracking accuracy improved 20%. Lead capture efficiency gained 25%. Operational costs came down 10%, measured across the same business that sells operational cost reduction to its own clients. Revenue that used to be tracked currency by currency now rolls up into one accurate view. Teams no longer work from separate versions of the same customer, and lead capture follows one structured process rather than an inconsistent one.

Is customer and revenue data still fragmented across currencies or teams?
