Advance bookings, credits, and deposits were hard to track across multiple cities. Revenue forecasting relied on guesswork. A separate forward booking process ran almost entirely through Excel sheets collected region by region, with manual approvals and no real-time visibility into what was booked or what was coming. A workspace business runs on knowing exactly what inventory is available and what revenue is coming, city by city. Spreadsheets and manual approvals could not keep pace with a multi-city, multi-segment portfolio. Every consolidated report meant waiting on regions to send their sheets in before anyone could act on the numbers.
What We Did
We built real-time inventory and booking that updates and blocks inventory instantly across cities, with analytics that forecast revenue and handle client onboarding. Availability no longer depends on which regional sheet happened to be updated most recently. We replaced the regional Excel sheets for forward order booking with automated data collection and approval workflows that run across the country. We then built dynamic revenue reporting that generates monthly and yearly reports in real time, with live visibility of workstations.
