25% More Leads Now Convert Across All Three Business Lines

A Middle East facility maintenance provider ran industrial, commercial, and residential contracts with paper site surveys and no structured path for web leads. We connected its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, sales process, and field agents on one platform. Lead conversion rose 25%.

30%Less time on manual site surveys

The Challenge

The company runs industrial, commercial, and residential maintenance work through a large field team, but had no end-to-end view of its sales process. Service level agreements were hard to generate and share, site information was collected on paper, and web leads had no structured way into the sales pipeline. ERP and sales data lived in separate systems. A maintenance business lives or dies on how fast it can quote, staff, and deliver against a service level agreement. Without one connected system, every business line was solving the same problems separately, and leads were falling through the cracks while the field team waited on paperwork to catch up.

What We Did

We integrated the ERP system with Salesforce so contract management runs between the two and both sides read from one source of truth. Field agents no longer chase a second system to find out what a customer has actually signed up for. We built mobile site survey capture so service agents record site information from the field through an app instead of a clipboard. We then automated lead routing, assigning web-to-lead form submissions across the industrial, commercial, and residential teams without anyone sorting them by hand.

The Solution

Field agents capture site data on mobile, leads are assigned automatically by business line, and the ERP system and Salesforce share one contract record. All three business lines now run their sales process in one place.

The Outcome

Lead conversion rose 25%, drawn from the same lead volume the company was already generating. Lead capture efficiency improved 40%, time spent on manual site surveys fell 30%, and user satisfaction rose 15%. Site surveys that used to mean a clipboard and a callback now update the record from the field, instantly. Sales and field work stopped running as two separate jobs, and each business line stopped rebuilding the same process on its own.
